Some of you may have noticed that some websites have been posting up tracks that are labeled as being by Skylar Grey.

These are not Skylar Grey tracks, and the only official Skylar Grey leak is the original version of “Love The Way You Lie”.

Out of respect for Ms. Grey, it would be appreciated if you would ignore these tracks, and not share them around or misrepresent them as being by her.

There will be new Skylar Grey material for all of you to enjoy in the near future.

Here a few updates to several major overnight developments in regards to Ms. Grey.

First off, Ms. Grey has just released her original demo version of “Love The Way You Lie”. This is the original version, 100% written, produced, and performed by Ms. Grey herself. She also makes mention of her previous persona as ‘Holly Brook’, which you can read about in her interview with PopEater. You can stream the Original LTWYL Demo below!

I just sent Ms. Grey herself a message on Twitter asking if we got her to 5,000 followers on Twitter, if she would reveal a picture of herself, and she agreed!

Even though she’s written some of the biggest songs in the world right now, she has yet to post any actual pictures of herself online, opting instead to remain an enigma and only use pictures referencing the color ‘grey’.

The official version of Dr. Dre‘s new Detox single “I Need A Doctor” (feat. Skylar Grey & Eminem) has just leaked onto the internet. It’s obviously a more refined and properly mastered version of the track, and you can stream it below. The official single is set to be released on February 1st.

“Castle Walls” – The single was delivered to radio stations today (21-JAN-2011), and will hit radio stations starting next week. Listen to Alex Da Kid and request it!

“I Need A Doctor” – The upcoming single from Detox is set to finally hit radio stations on the 25th of this month.

“Coming Home” – Diddy-Dirty Money’s single with Grey recently saw a resurgence on the charts, and is now the #4 Top Song on iTunes.

“Love The Way You Lie” – After gaining 4 million+ sales in the U.S. alone (plus 9 million+ outside the U.S.), Eminem & Rihanna’s hit song is currently waiting to see how many wins it will take home during the upcoming 53rd Grammy Awards (it’s up for 7 Grammys, 2 of which Ms. Grey is also up for herself).

LTWYL will also be on the 2011 GRAMMY Nominees album, set to be released on January 25th.

According to Amazon, the release date for “Words I Never Said”‘s physical single (a 12″ vinyl, also containing Lupe Fiasco’s current single “The Show Goes On”) is set to be February 22nd, 2011.

During the recent Producer’s Roundtable (15-JAN-2011) put on by the Los Angeles Times, Alex Da Kid revealed that Skylar Grey will be featured on the next “….controversial….” single (also produced by Alex) from Lupe Fiasco‘s  upcoming Lasers album, entitled “Words I Never Said”.

According to AllAccess, Skylar Grey‘s upcoming track with Dr. Dre and Eminem, “I Need A Doctor”, is set to be officially released to radio on February 1st.

The track is set to be the next single from Dr. Dre’s finally-to-be-released Detox album, also last-reported to be released sometime in February.

Ms. Grey’s collaborator, and “I Need A Doctor”‘s producer Alex Da Kid was also recently seen with Dre and fellow producer Polow Da Don at a Lakers game.

Eminem and Rihanna‘s Skylar Grey written and Alex Da Kid produced mega-hit “Love The Way You Lie” also recently earned 2 more awards, taking home wins at the 2011 People’s Choice Awards for Favorite Song and Favorite Music Video.
